GVig Staff Order Form

How To Order:

  • Select ‘Staff Allowance’ or ‘Staff Purchase’ in ‘Order Type’ field.
  • Select or search your name in ‘Employee Name’ field.
  • Enter your email address in ‘Email Address’ field to receive your order confirmation email.
  • Select your preferred delivery location in ‘Delivery Location’ field.
  • Select the latest financial quarter at time of order in ‘Order Period’ field.
  • Select or search for the product you want in ‘Product Name’ field and enter the quantity in ‘Quantity’ field.
  • Click the ‘Add Another Product’ or Remove Product’ button if you want to add more/remove products from your current order.
  • When you are ready to place the order, click the ‘Submit’ button and wait for the order confirmation message.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address while your order is being processed.
  • Should any of the product(s) in your order become out of stock, they will be fulfilled on a later date.
